ESL to hold first ever Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Pro Bootcamp at gamescom

The greatest minds in Call of Duty are coming together to get a glimpse of Activision’s forthcoming title

(Cologne, Germany) August 11, 2014 – ESL, the world’s largest, independent eSports brand, in partnership with Activision and Sledgehammer Games, is excited to host a Pro Bootcamp to introduce players to their forthcoming title, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. In a gesture showing the companies’ commitment to players, August 13-17 will become a chance for both the pros and the community to get hands on experience with the new game. The event promises to be a grand spectacle as each day, ESL will focus on one of several new and exciting features.

In addition to the daily feature shows, 12 of the best Professional Call of Duty teams will make the trip to Cologne to practice on the new game and participate in a series of showmatches. The teams will come from 8 different regions: US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and Nordics. The world’s largest gaming event, gamescom, will see the true potential of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
